I liked that this product was smaller than the suction cups offered before. This item helped me get good suction and be more productive in my milk supply. I wish Spectra offered even smaller sizes. It has been a challenge to find them.

I switched to these flanges after using the ones my pump came with and experiencing pain and low output. Since switching, I have no more pain and collect so much more milk! I was measured by a lactation consultant to find my size.

This is an essential part of the extractor because the wrong size can cause pain! I tried to bought it physically at target- Walmart however there was no stock on this size!! This purchase saved me because I had to travel soon (I’m not US resident).
