Pelvic Techs' online ordering process is quick and easy to use. You can start by browsing our product categories to locate the item(s) that you would like to purchase. Once you find the right item simply click the add to cart button and continue with your shopping experience. After you have finished adding the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart you can proceed to the secure checkout area by clicking the checkout button. During checkout, we will ask you for your shipping information and payment. Pelvic Tech accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal for payment. Once you have completed the checkout process we will ship your items within 24-48 hours via the shipment method you have provided. Once your items have shipped you will receive a tracking number via email along with instructions on how to track your order online.
Pelvic Tech only ships from our two distribution warehouses located in the United States. All of our products are 100% made in or imported to the USA and have passed all regulatory standards prior to being added to our inventory.
Each order placed at Pelvic Tech is provided a tracking number that allows the customer to get real-time updates on their package’s progress. Standard shipping can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to arrive from the date the package was shipped. Priority orders can take anywhere from 2-5 business days to arrive from the date the package was shipped.

We utilize the latest security and encryption at all times and never, ever store sensitive information such as credit cards, passwords, or other identifying information not outlined in our privacy policies. Due to the nature of our products we consider each item to be used once it leaves our warehouses therefore making the item non-returnable. Items that are defective in any way may be replaced by contacting us first to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). When contacting us please indicate the defect in the product and email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) any photos you may be able to show us to help expedite your product replacement.
Please note that products MAY ONLY be exchanged or replaced due to a defective item. Items cannot be returned because of things like size indifference, dislike of the item, etc.
We want to make sure all of our customers are happy with their purchases while keeping a balance of safety for all of our shoppers. Again due to the nature of our products all sales are final and products are considered used as soon as they leave our warehouse.
Use only water-based lubricants and personal moisturizers, as oil or silicone-based formulas can damage the materials and reduce the lifespan of your device.
Always clean your products with warm water and a silicone-safe cleanser before and after each use. Most of our products are waterproof so you can run them under the faucet or fully submerge for thorough cleaning. Wipe dry with a clean, lint-free cloth and store in a cool, dry location.
Note: Do not boil, microwave, or run through a dishwasher or sterilizer, as extreme heat and harsh detergents can damage the product. Do not use silicone, alcohol, acetone, petroleum, acidic, or alkaline-based products as it can damage the product materials.
