Pelvic Tech standard shipping typically delivers within 5-10 business days. Orders within the contiguous U.S. can take up to 20 days to arrive. Orders shipping to AK, HI, PR and other U.S. Territories have been seeing longer shipping times, sometimes up to 4-5 weeks.
Due to disruptions in the global shipping climate, Pelvic Tech cannot guarantee shipping and tracking updates the way we want for our customers. Rest assured, we are still working hard to get your order to you! Please give it a few days for tracking updates to populate. To keep things moving as quickly as possible, the carrier may skip some scans along the way as your order makes its way to you.
If there have been no updates to the order's tracking information in 20 days for the contiguous U.S. and 30 days for AK, HI, PR, and the other US Territories, Pelvic Tech will review the order to determine whether it is lost in transit to issue a replacement order. It is strongly encouraged to purchase Route Package Protection to insure your order's shipping. Route is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Route ensures that customers get what they paid for, and allows for easy reordering with one simple click. Orders with Route will receive a more expedited resolution timeline for orders deemed lost in transit.
The order cut-off time is 12:00 PM Eastern to count as the first business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern are processed the next business day.
