Shipping Policy

Pelvic Tech standard shipping typically delivers within 5-10 business days. Orders within the contiguous U.S. can take up to 20 days to arrive. Orders shipping to AK, HI, PR and other U.S. Territories have been seeing longer shipping times, sometimes up to 4-5 weeks.

Due to disruptions in the global shipping climate, Pelvic Tech cannot guarantee shipping and tracking updates the way we want for our customers. Rest assured, we are still working hard to get your order to you! Please give it a few days for tracking updates to populate. To keep things moving as quickly as possible, the carrier may skip some scans along the way as your order makes its way to you.

Please make sure to check product pages, as some items take longer to ship. Additionally, Free Shipping will be offered for orders $150 and above.

At this time we do NOT ship internationally.  

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at the time of the initial order, additional shipping fees will be required to resend the item.
