At the time I placed the order, I believed that I had ordered the 14" medium Procare Abdominal Support Binder. It is for my husband. I did not check the confirmation email carefully and, when I did, was surprised to learn that the order was for a 10" small binder. I received an email saying the binder would be delayed. My response clearly states that we wanted the 14" binder. Since the invoice states that the item is nonreturnable, we decided that he would try it on. The small binder does not fit around my husband's abdomen. Needless to say, the buying experience was not great, even though it was my fault for not carefully reading the confirmation email.
