To preface this I am mtf trans and am required to dilate 3x a day for half an hour at a time. I bought these because I have been having complications thanks to work and its 12 hours between my first and second dilations on top of the swelling from friction as I have a physical job. These are technically wearable with enough pressure but good luck keeping that pressure as you move. sitting becomes a process as these are curved (presumedly to avoid the pelvic bone but at only 3.38" in depth... it barely makes it there (not all those 3.38" are inside as that would require the dilator to stay flush against you and that ain't happening) so as you bend you can feel the tip scrape against your insides. The instructions it comes with are anal instructions.... I stared at them and stared back at the box for several minutes with the most confused look on my face. I'm convinced the reviews on these things are bots cause they ain't really worth the price. I have been wearing the smallest one for well over an hour and I can safely say it's uncomfortable at best and painful at worst (this dilator slipped in pretty easily as I just wanted to take it slow and not hurt myself)
