These came really fast in the mail, not expired or activated. These are easy to activate, and they pack quite a punch! They get really hot! I'd advise making sure you wraps them before applying, what a great buy!

These hot compresses are wonderful, super warm, and last much longer then stated. I first started using them while in the hospital. They provided warmth for me nerve, tingling right arm. The warmth calmed it down to a more tolerable level.
