Directly stimulate just about any spot on your body with an easy-to-use cupping set. With six cups in graduated sizes, you can experiment with powerful suction and increased sensitivity! Stemming from Chinese medicine, dynamic and static cupping are unique methods of relieving sore and aching muscles.
Simply place one or more cups directly onto the skin, creating a strong seal, and attach the handheld pump to the green and red tip of the cup. Pull the pump trigger to create suction, working towards your comfort level. Lubricate the skin first in order to slide the cups around for different sensations. The pump may be detached and the cups will still remain attached to the skin by the vacuum.
Acu-Points centered at the top of the cups provide additional stimulation against the skin, should you choose to pump that far. When you are finished, the pressure releases easily by pressing on the red tip.
